Alan G. Tresser is an experienced litigation attorney, with an emphasis on civil litigation, divorce and post-judgment applications, workers compensation claims, appeals and municipal court matters.
Originally a defense attorney defending all manner of civil cases on behalf of insurance carriers, he then represented plaintiffs. He has since been practicing successfully as a solo practitioner. Versed not only in civil litigation, he also has many years of matrimonial experience in which he has strived to minimize conflict, making a difficult process more manageable for the parties. Practicing as a solo practitioner he has found satisfaction servicing not only individual clients but in addressing the needs of other solo practitioners and small law firms who require per diem or contract services, many times to address immediate concerns.

Alan Tresser has a lifetime of experience dealing with the legal needs of his clients. He provides services for individual clients in the areas of family law, civil litigation and workers compensation. He also provides extensive per diem/contract services to fellow attorneys and small law firms in the same areas of the law, as well as appeals, depositions, mediations, arbitrations and court appearances. Throughout the years he has made frequent appearances in the Superior Court of New Jersey and the Federal Courts, as well as in Workers Compensation and Municipal Courts.
He prides himself in providing personal, one-on-one services to all of his clients. He is available at all times, and can respond to emergent, immediate requests when the need arises.
